How do I use bulk editing on the Milestone planning?

In the portfolio app on the Milestone planning tab there is an option to edit items in bulk. You can choose to move multiple items to another list or to archive them:

1. In the Portfolio app, go to the Milestone planning tab.
2. Check the items you want to edit and click on Bulk edit at the top.
   
   
   
3. To move multiple items to another list at once, choose Move to list. Then choose the list where you want to move the items. Finally, click on Move to put the items in the desired list.
   
   
   
   
4. To archive multiple items at once, choose Archive. Then click Archive again to confirm the action. Note: when archiving portfolio items, the underlying sub-items are removed.
   
   
   
5. The archive can be found in the Portfolio funnel tab, under the drop-down menu.
