How do I add a dependency in the milestone schedule?

1. Click in the planned plan item from which the dependency runs and keep the cursor pressed.
2. Drag the cursor to the desired plan item and release the cursor.
3. An arrow appears between the first and second plan item.

Is the dependency red? Then the second plan item starts before the first ends. Adjust the schedule so that there are no red dependencies.
