How can I make multiple changes at the same time to the availability and allocation of resources?

If you’d like to apply multiple changes in availability and allocation of resources? This can be done in the Resource management tab in the concerning resource pool.

1. From your home page, go to the desired OU and choose the resource pool.
   
   
2. Then click on the Resource Management tab and select the desired tab (Request & Allocation (Projects), Request & Allocation (Resources)or Availability (Resources)).
   
   
3. Then click on Meerdere wijzigencode> at the top right.
   
   
4. A pop-up screen will be shown, which can be used the makes the desired changes.
5. First select all resources for which you want to make changes.
6. Then select the type of the change:
   1. Set availability
   2. Set allocation
   3. Removal of availability / allocation from all projects / NPAs
7. Then select the periodfor which you want to make changes (from – to date)
8. If you want to set availability or allocation, you also need to enter the number of hours.
9. When setting allocation, you also need to select an associated project.
10. Then click on Wijzigcode> to make the changes.
