Accountable hours is an option in the time tracking module, whereby on the weekly statement, insight can be gained into how many hours the respective resource needs to account for. This works by means of booking lines (Capacity type). With the help of an import task these lines can be read in, in order to show the hours on the users’ time sheets. In previous versions it was only possible to use booking lines with a positive hour value here. As of version 12.1 of the Fortes Change Cloud, bookings with a negative value can also be used here (these are deducted from the positive bookings).
