When importing text using a file, please make sure to apply UTF-8 formatting to the text. Importing text in ANSI or Unicode formatting can lead to special characters being shown as ‘?’.
Some options to apply UTF-8 formatting are:
- In Notepad, click Save as and under Coding select UTF-8.
- In Notepad++, click Character set, select Convert to UTF-8 and save the file.
