Refreshing data in the PowerBI webspace works only after a modification in the desktop client. This is because the API key generated in FCC is only used for the desktop version, so refreshing in the PowerBI webspace does not work without intervention from the PowerBI desktop client. To solve this problem, you can do the following:
- Navigate to the settings page in your model
- Click on Semantic Models
- Click on Data source credentials
- Click on Add API key tab


After adding the API key, refreshing PowerBI data in the PowerBI webspace will function correctly again.
