In FCC, documents can be uploaded in several places. This can be done by uploading the document in the FCC or by including a link to a document (e.g., a link to a document in a Document Management System).
If you include a document by referring to it with a link, a short description can be included.
This makes it immediately clear to the user what the link refers to.
