How do I indicate the available capacity of a skill?

  1. Click on the calendar icon behind a skill.
  2. Enter a start date and an end date and the number of fte.
  3. Optionally add a row and repeat step 2 as desired.
  4. Click Save Capacity
  5. The capacity for this skill has been saved.
