Red coloring when selection values expire
Selection lists can be used in FCC. The choices may have been modified by an administrator. This may create the situation where a choice was made in the past that was later removed. If so, this expired choice is shown in red.
Example where in the ‘Department’ drop-down list the choice ‘Legal affairs’ no longer appears but was chosen in the past.
Red coloring when expired Object references
References to objects can be made in FCC. Objects are e.g. projects, plan items, risks, issues, users, etc. If an object reference was made to a later archived object, it is displayed in red.
