When working with report requests to project send from the portfolio an e-mail can be send to the respective project manager. In this email a link is provided to the project concerning the report request. In the past this link would lead to the main (first) page of the project.
This link will now navigate directly towards the portfolio reporting page of the project. Allowing the project manager to fill in and publish the report back to the portfolio.
