In the Portfolio app you can arrange cards from the Kanban board based on various values. Each field of portfolio items can be set as a value, such as the WSJF score or the item name.
- In the menu of the desired list, click
Sort by field value.
- Choose the value (field) on which you want to rank the list.
- Choose the way the cards should be arranged. The cards can be arranged in ascending or descending order.
- Click
Rank list by field valuesto arrange the cards.
After the cards have been arranged, they can be dragged further within the lists of the Kanban board.
The ranking is carried out once and is therefore not kept as a fixed order such as when sorting.
