Per increment, all items (e.g. features) can be created and related at once in Jira or Azure DevOps. This can be done in 2 places, namely in the ‘PI Roadmap’ and in the ‘PI Planning’.
Exception: items not yet assigned to a team or already related to a Jira or Azure item are skipped.
How: in the tab ‘PI roadmap’ and there is a menu button (the three dots on top of each other) per increment. In this menu, press the option ‘Relate all items to new items in Jira or Azure’.
In the ‘PI Planning’ tab, a ‘Relate all items to new items in Jira or Azure’ button has been added at the top of the page for this purpose.
Important: The name of this function is module dependent. If only the Jira module is on, then it talks about Jira. The same goes for Azure DevOps. If, as in the above example, both modules are on, then we talk about relating to Jira or Azure DevOps items: this then depends on the team to which the item is linked in Fortes Change Cloud.
