- Click the add resources button next to a planning-item.
- Select the resource(s) you want to add. The resource(s) is added to the planning automatically.
- Change the number of hours planned for a resource by clicking the number in the planned resource’s beam and changing the number to the number of hours you need.
- Change the time period a resource is planned by increasing or decreasing the length of its beam in the planning.
- Open the options menu to change or delete a planned resource.
