How can I use resource management without an admin role?

Under “Manage resources” is a setting available that allows the system administrator to determine which users have the right to add or modify resources.

  1. Go to Manage resources

  2. These users can be added via Manage roles.


  • These selected users only get the right to set skills and rates for resources.
  • Additional settings, such as changing account information or adding new resources (without an account) remain available for system administrators only.
