Under “Manage resources” is a setting available that allows the system administrator to determine which users have the right to add or modify resources.
- Go to
Manage resources
- These users can be added via
Manage roles.
- These selected users only get the right to set skills and rates for resources.
- Additional settings, such as changing account information or adding new resources (without an account) remain available for system administrators only.
