How can I select skills as balancing criteria on the Balancing tab?

In the Balancing tab you can select skills and add them to the overview:

1. In the Portfolio app, go to the Balancing tab and click on Select skills to add skills.

2. Choose the desired skills and click Apply selection.

3. The skills then appear as new columns.

Do you want to add skills as balancing criteria?

1. Click BALANCING CRITERIA

2. Then click SET BALANCING CRITERIA
3. Choose the desired skills to balance from the list.

You can also find the skills you added on this tab as rough estimates on the Capacity Planning tab.
