As of now, it is possible to create Jira teams without selecting a configuration. The only mandatory field then is the team name. If a configuration is chosen though, a number of other mandatory fields must be filled in for each team type so that data can be exchanged between Fortes Change Cloud and Jira.
Note: If you choose to create a team without a configuration, no items are yet created in Jira for this team. The team is then selectable only in Portfolio capability planning and Agile program PI planning. Time tracking on items linked to this Jira team is then not yet possible.
