In the portfolio app a portfolio properties panel has been added. In the panel, a large part of the properties of the portfolio that can be set are conveniently grouped together. This makes the pages easier to read and you no longer have to search for which settings you can do on which tab. This panel is available on all tabs.
The panel is collapsed by default and can easily be expanded by clicking on “” in the expanded panel you can easily see which items in the portfolio are selected. If you have sufficient rights you can make changes by clicking on “+”.
Exactly which settings you can do in the panel depends on the edition you use of Fortes Change Cloud (Standard or Premium) and which modules are activated within it. Below are brief descriptions of all the possible properties that can be set via the panel:
Here members can be managed per role.
Here status lists of the kanban board can be modified in order. Adding new lists you can still do on the kanban board itself.
Here, goals created in the Strategy app can be linked to the portfolio.
Here, objectives for this particular portfolio can be managed.
Here you can link existing financial categories to the portfolio. Managing financial categories is still done in the Configuration menu.
Here you can link existing skills to the portfolio. Managing skills is still done in the menu Configuration.
Here you can manage Agile programs for this portfolio.
Here you can manage Jira teams for this portfolio.
Here you can manage Azure teams for this portfolio.
