Workflows with forms 

Workflows allow you to manage and update portfolio items by requesting input from teams. You can review submitted data and report on the results.

Teams can provide input using Excel, a separate FCC instance, or your own FCC environment.

This enables clear collaboration and structured data collection across the portfolio.

The following process steps are explained sequentially: 

• Configuring contributing teams 

• Linking contributing teams to the portfolio and portfolio items 

• Configuring workflows 

• Requesting portfolio item status updates from contributing teams via workflows 

• Fill in and complete the requested data, submit to the portfolio for acceptance
  • Submitting data via Excel
  • Submitting data trough another FCC environment
    • Creating a canvas to submit data trough another FCC environment
    • Fetching the Odata link and update data from another FCC environment

• Accepting or rejecting submitted data 

• Reporting and analyzing submitted data
