To improve the workflows with forms, two additions are made. It is now possible to discard all changes made while filling out a workflow form. The discard button only becomes visible after changes have been made. When clicked, users are prompted to confirm that they want to discard their changes.
Next, contributing teams can now still view submitted data even if they have been removed from the portfolio. Teams retain access to the data they’ve already worked on, maintaining continuity and avoiding disruption. This ensures that ongoing workflows can still be completed.
