The archive in the Portfolio App has been redesigned to give you a full overview of your archived portfolio items. You can now search, sort, filter, and select columns — just like in other list views. Archived items also have a complete read-only detail page, making it easy to find the right items before restoring or removing them.
What changed
Previously, the archive showed a limited list with only the item name and basic actions. Finding a specific archived item in a large portfolio was difficult.
The new archive opens in a full-screen dialog with:
- A searchable list of all archived portfolio items.
- Default columns: Name, Funnel stage, and Last modified.
- Sorting by any column (newest modified items first by default).
- Pagination for large archives.

Customizing the archive list
You can add or remove columns to see exactly the information you need:
- Open the archive dialog.
- Click Edit columns.
- In the column selector drawer, choose the columns you want to display.
- The Name column is always visible and cannot be removed.
Your column selection is saved in your browser, so the next time you open the archive it shows the same columns.
Selecting and managing multiple items
You can now select multiple archived items and perform bulk actions on them:
- Use the checkboxes to select one or more items, or click Select all to select all items on the current page.
- The number of selected items is shown above the list.
- Click Restore to move the selected items back to the portfolio, or Remove to permanently delete them.
When you click Remove, a confirmation dialog shows the list of items that will be deleted so you can verify before proceeding.
After restoring or removing items, the archive list updates immediately — you do not need to close and reopen the dialog.

Viewing archived item details
Click an item name in the archive list to open its detail page. The detail page shows the same canvas layout the item had before it was archived — including all field values and funnel-stage-specific content.
Key differences from a regular detail page:
- The header is grey and the item title shows (Archived) to clearly indicate the item is archived.
- All content is read-only — you cannot edit any fields or canvas segments.
- The side panel shows only two actions: Restore and Remove.
- Existing links to projects, Jira, or Azure DevOps are still visible and clickable, but cannot be changed.

Other improvements
- Last modified date is now updated when you archive or restore an item, so you can easily sort the archive by most recently archived items.
- Bulk operations are faster — restoring or removing multiple items is processed in a single request instead of one per item.
Best practices
- Use column selection to add fields like Funnel stage or Last modified so you can quickly identify items before restoring them.
- Sort by Last modified (the default) to find recently archived items at the top of the list.
- Review the detail page of an archived item before restoring it to verify it contains the expected data.
