As of now, it is possible to create Azure DevOps teams without selecting a configuration. The only mandatory field then is the team name. If a configuration is chosen though, a number of other mandatory fields must be filled in for each team type so that data can be exchanged between Fortes Change Cloud and Azure DevOps.
Note: If you choose to create a team without a configuration, no items Azure DevOps are yet created for this team. The team is then selectable only in Portfolio capability planning and Agile program PI planning. Time tracking on items associated with this Azure DevOps team is then not yet possible.
