With the Agile program app you determine and prioritize the items (features or epics) in the program kanban. These program items can then be picked up by the different teams from the Agile team app, Jira or Azure DevOps. Link the program to a parent portfolio for strategic connection and split the items in the Splitting tab. Schedule multiple sprints using the PI Planning.
