Apps Overview

Fortes Change Cloud (FCC) offers a suite of apps that together support strategy execution, portfolio management, project delivery, and integration with other tools. Below you will find an overview of all apps, what they do, and links to their detailed articles.

Core Apps​

  • Start
    The entry point for getting started in FCC. It provides an overview of all things you are related to as well as an overview of the whole organization. Also contains all configuration options for organizational wide, organization unit and portfolio specific settings and configuration. More information can be found in the technical and configuration documentation.

  • Strategy
    Communicate and visualize organizational strategy. Create perspectives and objectives, and link them to portfolios and initiatives for alignment.

  • Insights
    Provides dashboards and reports to track progress of projects, programs, and portfolios. Supports sharing across the organization with role-based access.

  • Portfolio
    Manage portfolios by aligning initiatives to strategic goals. Monitor performance, capacity, and benefits across the portfolio.

  • Agile Program
    Supports agile planning and execution at the program level, combining multiple agile teams into a coordinated delivery approach.

  • Project
    Plan and manage individual projects, track progress, resources, and deliverables.

  • Teams
    Organize people into teams, assign them to projects or programs, and manage capacity.

  • Hours
    Record, track, and report on hours spent across teams, projects, and portfolios.

  • Approval Workflows
    Structure approvals and decision-making. Configure workflows with groups, roles, and categories to standardize governance processes.

  • BI Connectivity
    Connect FCC data to BI tools (e.g., PowerBI) for advanced reporting.

  • Jira Connectivity
    Synchronize work between FCC and Jira to align agile team execution with portfolios, agile programs and projects.

  • Azure DevOps Connectivity
    Synchronize work between FCC and Azure Devops to align agile team execution with portfolios, agile programs and projects.
