Non-project activities

Non-project Activity Sets define the activities on which time can be written outside projects (e.g. meetings, support, leave). This keeps non-project hours out of project administration while still making them visible in time sheets and capacity.

Managing activity sets

The list shows per set the name, objective, description, and the accumulated hours and costs (actual/budget). Add a set via the list; click a set to manage the activities within it.

Notes

• Activities from these sets become selectable in time sheets, next to project rows.
• Hours written on non-project activities count in the availability picture of resources.
