Configuration page
The Configuration page is the central place for FCC administrators to manage system-wide settings. It is available to administrators via Setup (gear icon, top right) → Configuration. Pick a subject in the tree on the left to configure it.

Notifications
Configure the system notifications and their values:
- Approval Deadline Overdue: notify the approver of a passed approval deadline.
- Action Deadline Overdue: notify the action owner in case of an overdue deadline.
- Time sheet Deadline Overdue: notify the owner of a time sheet of an overdue deadline.
Pack Project Offline
Files in this list are included in every offline project package. Use this to add specific viewers for document files or universal organisational documents. Add documents by dragging them into the list.
Conversions
Read-only overview of the conversions available in FCC, in two categories:
- Fixed: Millions, Thousands.
- Timeline: conversions for hours, money, FTE, person days, and value items, e.g. 'Hours (changes are spread out over period)', 'Money (changes on Bookdate)', 'FTE (Hours per Working Day / 8)'.
Conversions determine how entered values are distributed over time (spread over the period, or booked on the book date) and how units are derived. The unique IDs shown here can be used in integrations and calculations.
Entries
A maintenance view of all capacity and financial entries in the system, across projects and resources: type (e.g. Available, Allocation, Planned, Request, Target), period, hours, and money. Use this to inspect or clean up entries that are hard to reach through the apps.
Approval entries
An overview of all approval requests in the system (e.g. time sheets), with location, type, status, approver, and requester. Use this to find stuck approvals.
Migrations
Two migration subjects are available for environments still using classic functionality. Both migrations are irreversible.
Classic Project Migration
Migrates classic PRINCE2 projects to the new generic project planning (flexible planning, multiple breakdowns, integrated cost/hour planning). Deprecated functionality that does not return: the classic plan tab, separately maintained unused work packages, the Microsoft Project export/add-in, and the classic cost/hour administration. For fields that have no equivalent in the new planning (e.g. Draft, Checked, Reviewer), choose per field to copy the content to a destination field or to confirm the field is not used (content is lost). Configure whether the migration option is offered and who can perform it (e.g. administrators).
Migrate to new Gantt
Migrates the default planning to the new Gantt planning, which offers a critical path, undo/redo, edit mode, and Excel export. Planning costs and hours are configured in the plan item detail dialog after migration; planned hours from the resource planning tab are migrated to total hours spread over the plan item duration. Configure whether the migration option is offered and who can perform it.
