Introduction
What is the Enterprise Portfolio Tab? The Enterprise Portfolio tab in Fortes Change Cloud provides a strategic, top-level overview of a selection of multiple or all portfolios within the organization. It serves as a central hub for monitoring and steering enterprise-wide initiatives, offering visibility into how different portfolios contribute to overarching business goals. This tab aggregates data from multiple portfolios and presents it in a unified view, enabling organizations to assess strategic alignment, performance, resource utilization, and financial impact across the entire enterprise.
Who Uses It? The Enterprise Portfolio tab is primarily used by roles responsible for strategic planning and enterprise-level governance, including:
- Executives and Senior Leadership, to evaluate how all portfolios support corporate strategy and to guide investment decisions.
- Enterprise Portfolio Managers, to coordinate across portfolios and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- PMO Directors and Governance Teams, to monitor compliance, performance, and risk across the portfolio landscape.
- Strategy and Transformation Teams, to track progress on enterprise-wide initiatives and identify synergies or gaps.
What Value Does It Deliver? The Enterprise Portfolio tab delivers value by:
